More than food

At Foyle Network Foundation we have a range of services to support those struggling financially, beyond food support. We work with a wide range of partners who can make a referral or get in touch with us directly.

Support services we provide:

• Immediate/short and long-term support of food/toiletries/household items through our Springtown shop or pre prepared packages
• Membership at The Network, which allows members to avail of food/toiletries/household items once a week at our shop on the Strand Road. Members will be able to purchase items at up to 50% less than recommended retail prices
• Financial advice which includes access to specialist benefit and debt advice services, advice and support on money management & budgeting, savings, lifestyle budgeting, energy advice and specialist housing advice.
• Baby Hubs at Skeoge Community Hub and Irish Street Community Centre – for those living in the Ballyarnett and Waterside areas with a child aged 0-3 years and struggling financially. Members avail of family toiletries including nappies for a fee of £5 once per month.
• Foyle Network Foundation provides confidential support, we do this by working with other organisations who can support with health and wellbeing, addiction, family issues, finances and many more
